“This hotel lives up to the La Siesta brand in all areas except 3 things. The food could use some work. The AC was not keeping up with the heat and the elevators keep you waiting during busy times.”

“The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool.
