“There was a washing machine and dryer on the premises. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold breakfast choices”

“You have to join the Hilton Honor Club to get free wifi. So if you’re like me and don’t care to have a membership at every hotel chain you stay at, either be prepared to go without or pay. (We went without) The staff member at the front desk was the only one working at 4:00 when people were checking in so was too busy to assist with wifi. Really didnt know much when we asked for a work around. Otherwise great hotel, but many other options in the area.”

“Good value stay. Very handy to Hwy 2 and most shopping and restaurants. A/C wasn't working. Good+ hot breakfast with real plates, glasses and utensils. We will stay again.”

“Did not have the room advertised and paid for and instead had a double room on second floor. As I'm an amputee with one leg this was incredibly inconvient. Because I had already paid for room options were limited. The hotel is under renovations and not overly clean areas nor did we feel the room had been cleaned. Wouldn't stay here again”

“Huge hotel with no guests besides us…weird vibe and no breakfast…pool was out of order and room was very dated .”

“Bed was soft. Temp was good. Breakfast was edible. More fruit would be good.”

“Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet.”

“The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter).”

“The elevators are a mess. Be prepared to take the stairs. The room didn’t get very cool at night even with the temperature set to the lowest setting. Breakfast. Oh my. On Saturday we got there 25 mins after “open” and they had to come unlock the door for us. None of the food was ready and the pancake machine wouldn’t work. On Sunday the lineup was half way through the restaurant, kids were running everywhere, long wait for items to be replaced and there was limited seating so we had to sit in...
