“All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“The first room we were put in had dirty, stained sheets. The bed closest to the window felt wet. The second room we were put in had hair all over the bathroom. We itched all night long and at 2 am, I couldn’t take it anymore. I went downstairs to make sure I couldn’t get my money back since I had already paid for multiple nights in advance and there was a cigarette butt in the hallway floor. “I was impressed how clean our room was as well as the atmosphere of the lobby. Bed was extremely comfortable and the towels were soft. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chattanooga.”
