Right in the middle of the city! Staff was super friendly and available to help in any way. Price for breakfast was a little high for the selection but no issues during my stay. Some channels cannot be converted to English so look out for that. Bed was a little hard as well but overall positive stay with this resort!

Reception staff quite surly, there was a mixxx up with our booking as we thought that we had breakfast included in our package. The ladies at the breakfast checkpoint were lacking in tact and diplomacy. My husband went ahead and sat down whilst l tried to sort things out. Having checked the booking breakfast was not included and so l said that we would pay for the breakfast buffet. At $27.00 per person we were expecting a sumptuous delight! Instead we had probably one of the worst breakfasts possible, very little choice available. The Hotel receptionist said that they do not take debit cards only credit cards, which meant that nothing could be charged to the room and we had to carry cash on us at all times. No VIP benefits were offered on arrival, after having complained to Expedia a bottle of wine was delivered by the concierge to our room the next day. The swimming pools are lovely, but there were no sun umbrellas with the sunbeds. The Quattro restaurant was lovely and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal, service was fantastic and our waiter amazing. My pasta was dry and lacking enough sauce and so he deducted it from our bill as l did not eat it, without us even asking him to! Needless to say a very large tip was left. There is a Hard Rock Cafe on site which is where we chose to eat some of our meals and was very pleasant for lunch and or dinner. The Pirate Bar in the Hotel is popular and good value, the bar staff fantastic and very hard working.

We arrived at 1:30pm and when we asked about our room was told "good news it's ready" upon getting to the room we were disappointed to see it was not the jr suite we had booked. Went to the front desk and they agreed it was not but that the jr. suites were not ready yet. I feel we were downgraded in room in an attempt to accommodate early check-in however I wasn't set on checking in and would have prefered being told the exact situation and being given the choice to decide to wait or take the available room. When We did get into a jr suite the fridge leaked a big puddle all over the floor. The staff were friendly and I belive attempting to be helpful but the hotel and furnishings need an update.

Me entregaron una habitación con dos camas en vez de una king size, al hacerles saber me cambiaron a una habitación minúscula con una cama matrimonial no king, la chica de recepción alegaba que era king y que así eran todas las habitaciones cosa que yo sabia que no era así ya que me había hospedado con anterioridad ahí al menos 4 veces, después de mucho alegar por fin me dieron la habitación con la cama king size, ellos alegaban que por que era tarifa de Expedia no me podían dar la habiatacion King :( siendo que es la que había pagado y reservado, muy decepcionante el personal de recepción, el shuttle al aeropuerto no es cada hora y deben considerar poner que es cada hora solo en horas hábiles o laborables y no muy temprano. Definitivamente no me vuelvo a hospedar en ese hotel no por las instalaciones si no por el personal.

Location is good, however everything is outdated and really old property. You get what you pay for.
