“The man that runs this business is great. He remembers who I am each time I return to his motel. It makes me feel special. He's always very kind and friendly. He is always available to help me out with anything I need and to give advice about places nearby. My girlfriend and I have chosen this motel every time we go to Portland for the kind staff, comfortable beds and very low prices. Also it's near plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great place to stay! ”

“It was a fantastic stay! The only thing that didn't work was the wi-fi on my laptop. It finally connected in the morning but a bummer to not have that evening. ”

“Under renovation! Bad signage and even Google couldn’t find it because it was an older hotel. Room was new and nice but not quite my preference… kinda cold modern. ”

“While the room was very clean, there was no fridge and no microwave. And since I was on a business trip, that made it hard to have food to eat or bring back left overs. The shower had no pressure and both the shower and the sink leaked with no way to stop it. I did report that at the end of the stay. Bathroom was super tiny and no place to put anything. Towels super thin and definitely one use only. I try to reuse to save on water. It also turns out that it’s a party hotel for people hooking...

“My wife and I didn't really enjoy our stay here this week. It's a little hard parking around the pickups in the driveway. The smell of the room really hit us hard - mildew and too much potpourri. Felt like visiting your grandparents' house. The room & bathroom are stuffed with Americana knickknacks & art you either enjoy it or, like us, are overwhelmed. It's funky, funky, funky. Positives include it was very clean, they offer lots of food items, they have many toiletries in case you forget...

“When we got to our room it looked as if someone had already been staying in there. Tv on with the volume all the way up. The heater was set to 80 and it was so freaking hot inside. And there was a pillow on the couch like someone had already been there. Went to talk with the person working the front desk they said that’s weird and that’s the only room we have available for you. So went back to my room. Went to shower, no towels or wash cloths. Overall was a horrible experience and would never in...
