“If you are a decent family and want a peaceful place to stay. I DO NOT recommend this. It was terrifying experience for me, as I entered junkie ( unhoused man) approached us for a pack of cigarettes and insisted us to give him a ride so he can buy those. We were not feeling safe by his approach so we told him we will go and buy it for him, just so he doesn't bother or harm us in future. But he insisted and we couldn't run as it was midnight time. “The hotel is 40 minutes from Toronto city centre but really near to public transport. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was essential but good.”

“Clean room- room was cold but great after our long trip- pool was refreshing. Rooms are updated. Lived microwave and fridge. Hallways were a bit dirty but overall room was clean and inviting- breakfast was so/so.”

The hotel was pretty clean and relatively updated. However, details of the spaces were not all up kept perfectly missing buttons on the headboard, shower head not installed properly. “Good clean place for a short stay”

“L'hotel è adiacente e connesso col vicino Sheraton, dove per carenza di stanze (presumo) ci hanno alloggiato nella massima comodità. Stanza bellissima, letto comodo, bagno lindo e spazioso, non si poteva chiedere di più!”

“Design in armonia con lo stile di inizio ‘900. Cura per i dettagli (giradischi a disposizione in camera con piccola biblioteca e raccolta di vinili al piano). Perfetta la doppia, lascia a desiderare l’adattamento a tripla per la scomodità del divano letto. Inoltre la camera risente dell’apertura del divano risultando molto piccola. Buona la colazione al bistro sottostante (non inclusa). Ottima la posizione ed il collegamento con i tram al centro. Parcheggio disponibile su prenotazione....

“Our whole experience was awesome! Easy check-in to a new-ish hotel impressed us first, and then we heard we were being upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! Rooms were clean and pool was fun! We appreciated the low-sensory atmosphere - welcoming lighting, soft music and no strong aromas in the lobby etc. Wish we had longer here, and will be coming back to visit! Thank you!”

“Overall way better than the other locations I booked in Toronto. Only thing that could be improved is housekeeping, they missed it on 1 day, maybe because we left early afternoon. On one of the other days, they forgot a towel, but the front desk brought one to us right away”

“Arrived at our 3pm check in time which turned to us getting into our room at 3:50pm. Made us rush to get ready for a concert that started at 6:00pm. Venue was 50 minutes away. Was disappointed in having to wait almost an hour for our room. They didn’t mention on the website there was a 100$ fee for having a pet stay with you. Had to pay that extra. Pet thing may of been my issue as I haven’t hotel stayed with a pet before. Room was clean and decent, staff was nice.”
