“Things were good. We were in a handicap room which was ok, but the tub floor was very slick.Could use some non slick pads. The pool area was nice, except there were 20 or so adults sitting outside drinking not paying any attetion to ther kids. 15 to 20 kids were running and jumping in the pool and hottub and sliding around on the floor, and screaming. My husband and I just wanted to relax awhile in the hottub but could not handle the noise and unruelly kids. The kids were running in and...

“When I booked, you did not say they were under construction and that pool was closed. My hallway on 4th floor smelled like someone's musty basement. My bed was broken and I had to switch rooms. We had to walk through construction area which smelled of chemicals. There was not air conditioning in foyer and where we eat breakfast.”

“I couldn’t use my key card to get into my room, so had to leave my door open to get my things inside the room. The AC was loud and hardly blew any air. I did mess with the settings and got it to be slightly better. There was only 1 bath towel 1 hand towel, and nothing to actually wash with. The only thing that was a plus was the water pressure in the shower. The sink faucet was loose also.”
