“Bathtub was plugged up, water above my ankles and stayed plugged up all night.”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.”

“I absolutely love how friendly the staff are. And the rooms are so nice with kitchenettes in every room! The breakfast is good and has amazing coffee. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast ends at 9AM and as a traveler, Id like to be able to sleep in a bit before breakfast. Theyre the only hotel ive been to that doesnt keep breakfast open until 11 which would be much better. Otherwise its a great place to stay!”

La camera, frutto di un upgrade proposto da loro via e-mail , era ampia, arredata in modo elegante con salotto e cucina dotata di frigo grande. Unici piccoli nei: la mancanza di attaccapanni, di luggage rack e di carta Scottex in cucina. Il personale è stato molto gentile e molto utile è la presenza di bar e di una cucina sempre...

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“Located more in an industrial area but, could be a base for exploring the area. Rooms were clean. There is a restaurant, deli, convenience store and gas station as part of the facilities. Stayed to be close to airport for morning flight. Would stay again.”
