“I have been coming to this casino since I was 18, and I’ve always had a pleasant time. So safe to say I was ecstatic to stay at the new hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Would definitely stay again!”

“It is a well-maintained, clean, pleasant hotel. I love that it has a shuttle service to and from the airport. That was a big draw. We had a 6 AM flight and the service started at 4 AM. One thing they don’t tell you if you are a choice member until afterwards, they waive the fee for the shuttle. At least one of the ways we only used it once. We had used a different hotel coming into Syracuse and had to use an Uber, which seemed to be very expensive for the short amount of time we needed it. The...

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.”

“Everyone was very friendly and conscientious, including Wade who I spoke with the most. Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. Not so comfortable sitting on chairs for hours. Beds and pillows were amazing!!!! Thank you for everything!!!”

“Loved this stay, the property was maintained, super easy check in, no bugs, lovely breakfast. My only qualm was the mattress protector was stained, my mattress sheet came up during my sleep and I saw it. I don’t really like that, but we would stay here again.”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”
