“The room was pristine and so well-decorated, personal, warm, relaxing. The staff cannot do enough for you. Be prepared for a knockout breakfast (we learned a secret to those airy scrambled eggs, a dollop of sour cream). The dining room is completely windowed so the farm is always visible. “The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“Breakfast is fine, but staff are rude in the breakfast dining room, staring at us, even yelled at us to clean up table which was not sat by us, that table was not cleaned when we came in. No idea why the staff thought us leaving trash. Obviously he did not check dining room often.”

“My water never got above luke warm and mini fridge didn’t work (was even unplugged when I arrived). I went to the desk clerk- waited over 30 mins in line (only one attendant at 8:30-9pm) and she said she’d have maintenance take care of it first thing the following morning. Came back after 14hr workday to no notice and nothing fixed. WiFi also was spotty at best but the tv reception and WiFi kept shutting down and just not working. Desk attendant couldn’t be bothered to even get up from her chair...

“Continental breakfast was very light basically cereal, bars, coffee, juice. Staff behind thick glass at check-in definitely gave the feeling that we were not in a safe area. Although we had a quiet stay. The elevator seemed a bit sketchy. We are traveling with a one year-old and our room was on the third floor. We preferred taking the stairs rather than the elevator”

“The staff was very friendly and when I had an issue in the first room, I was assigned they changed rooms for me really quickly. You get what you pay for but the rooms are clean enough! Id definitely stay there again! Note: people do smoke in rooms and it can come through the vents and make your room smell. I just told front desk and they made note of it in their system so that I wouldn’t be accused of smoking!”

“No the room was was 82° in the room. I sweated all night. I took four showers I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept in the living room because there was a ceiling fan. I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was ”
