“Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us.”

“This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic”

“Bed was very comfortable and good temperature control for room that allowed me to sleep great. Convenient parking and 1 mile away from Cleveland clinic.”

“The property best feature was it's location downtown a proximity to sports venues and the casino. The room was very large and would have great for an extended stay. It was very confusing how to get into the bldg and very unusual set up for desk.”

“Very very upset. Paid almost $400 for a night stay here and our bedding had stiff stains on both beds, pillows and there was dirt or somethimg looking like dirt on one of the beds bedding also.”

“Hotel bellissimo, elegante e pulito in posizione meravigliosa al centro di Cleveland, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Colazione eccezionale e utilissima la possibilità di cenare a buffet con tre drink inclusi fino alle 19. Infine comoda la piscina con la vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda che ci ha permesso dopo cena di rilassarci alla fine della nostra giornata in visita durante il nostro viaggio on the road tra Canada e USA. Assolutamente da consigliare!”

“My daughter and I booked a stay here for a night in Cleveland, OH. I did not feel comfortable staying alone with my daughter in a room in this house and we left and booked another hotel. If I was with my husband - I would have stayed. But it was just us 2 gals and my daughter is 14. “The staff were pleasant. Parking in front of the building is plus. There was no noise issue. The room smelled wet requiring to have the A/C on—thanks for the A/C. The furniture was outdated, the carpet appeared to not have been cleaned in a few years, the bathroom appeared to have had previous mold build up. I appreciated that the bathroom was big enough for ADA customers, including the safety latch and peephole. For the price this is what you get. (Not here to complain.) If your sleeping...
