Hotel a Cleveland

“Newer hotel but right on off and on ramps! Very noisy from semis. Wore earplugs , along with pillow over my head. Had bed next to window and still had very poor sleep...maybe 3 hours. 2nd night- other bed, jumping noisy kids above us, loud tv next door! Another poor night of sleep. Called office. Helped but didnt stop the noise. Pounded on wall helped better for loud voices (tv?) Never neen so happy to leave a hotel! Not worth the xtra dollars to stay here. Nice facility but over priced for...

“Nice and clean hotel in a great area with a lot of great restaurants. Only complaint is the beds are extremely hard. If you like firm beds, all good.”

“Room was clean but there was some mold on the bathtub crevices. Elevator needs some attention. Every time we got in we wondered if that would be the time we fell to our death and we weren’t the only ones. Every single person made the same comments. The pool is wonderfully warm which is amazing but it needs to be cleaned. All the water needs to go and a good scrub down of the entire pool and floors. You can see kids foot prints in the not so hot, hot tub. Breakfast was okay. Normal. Nice staff”

“The cleaning lady was the only highlight of our 6 day stay there. The owner is horrible and yelled about kicking us out of our room and cleaning everyday and they put a humidifier in our room because of my service lady Queenie. It was horrible. I will neverrrrrr stay there everrrrrrrrr again. The cleaning lady was nice!! Said we don't have to move or leave said we weren't making a mess and we were fine. She was super kind. That place doesn't deserve her!!!!!!!”

“absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.”

“Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good”

“Room is big and nice, shower almost no water ridiculous. Breakfast more or less like nothing, junk industrial food every day the same.. Manager in charge rude and not ready to provide any Customer Service.. For sure better options around..”

“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast selection. While the food was fresh, there were limited options available. Adding more variety would make the experience even better for guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming...
