“The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. ”

“Lock on my room was broken and they used duct tape to hold it together, holes in the curtains, cigarette burns in blanket, stains on ceiling, gaps in door. This was the wirst motel I have ever seen. They also over charged me claiming my Expedia charges were not correct. Above me there was 10 people sharing two rooms parting all night and throwing trash over the railing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!”

“The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night ”

“The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was food on the floor and the floor was dirty. The toilet was dirty. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The heat didn’t work. We turned it all the way up to 90 and it would not get warm. ”

“Check in/out was quick and easy. We had a king room with the jacuzzi tub. The downside was the jets didn’t work in our tub. Also we only had 4 small pillows for the king bed. When asked for an additional pillow, we were told they didn’t have any extras. Other than that all was good.”
