The bedroom was comfortable, but my friend slept on the futon in the living room and found yhe seam between sections a bit uncomfortable. Once we figured out parking, it was fine, but the first night, we got in late and parked to allow a pick up truck space to get out, but a van pulled in and I could not get to my driver seat. Instructions letting guests know about the vehicles and to move way to the right. But other than...

“Lawn needed mowed. No parking except at street and we had 3 vehicles. Interior was nice and clean. Didn't try the hot tub. Didn't cook any meals. ”
