“Awful- Given a key to the wrong room. No hot water The plugs in the sink and bath leaked so we could not even boil the kettle to have a warm wash Room really dated- pillows like wafers. Had to ask for an extra towel - only one in the room.”

“We had another wonderful stay. It’s in a great spot with Meadowhall across the road, off the M1 and only a 20 minute drive (if that) from the town centre. The staff were fabulous, especially Rachel and Anthony. If we come back to Sheffield, we would stay again. ”

Si sono fatti perdonare per averci offerto la colazione ma... mancavano i coltelli! Disorganizzazione totale... Anche la camera non era pulitissima (tra i due letti c'erano ancora delle briciole dei precedenti ospiti).”

“The rooms were lovely and clean, parking was not intuitive but the staff put us right as soon as we checked about it. The breakfast was not our typical food, although the coffee was great. We would stay again as the location was perfect for our needs and the staff excellent.”
