“This place has so much potential. It's a beautiful old building that is kept clean, but could use some refreshing touches. Lots of nice woodwork and furniture. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom small, but clean and cute. Quiet atmosphere even for a main street hotel. No sign of a bar or restaurant. Breakfast? We quickly decided because of the low cost of the room we could skip the very meager offering and eat elsewhere 😍.”

“This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.”

“It's currently undergoing some updates and needs some TLC. Price was absolutely fair and the staff are super nice.”

“Positives: Helpful respectful staff. Allowed me to get a hour later on check out. The toilet had hair on it still when I got there and mini fridge looked aged as well as the tub/shower. I got the room king suite with the jacuzzi tub thinking it would be in the room. the pictures shown was not what was in the room. So that was an up-charge I wouldn’t have paid for knowing that. I’d say it was a 6/10 it did its job for the price.”

“This was our second time staying here...a year ago and this time. The hotel bar was fun with our group of friends we stayed with! The staff was friendly and accommodating! The drinks were good! The breakfast was VERY limited, so our group of 10 went to a restaurant for breakfast!”

“As a non- smoker, the entire facility reeked of cigarettes, even though only the Casino was "smoking ". The hallways smelled when you came in the side door from the parking lot. Our "non-smoking " room smelled and if you woke in the night, you were aware of the smell. Otherwise, the room was clean and modern. Except for the overused large upholstered chair that was dirty.”

“Cons: dated, in some cases dilapidated. Tiny bit of visible mold on the shower curtain, a single hair in the tub. Second floor hallway smelled like an overflowing ashtray of Pall Mall butts. However my room was odor free. Below average breakfast, even by the extremely low standards of an I-80 budget hotel. Possibly the worst coffee I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. Pros: Really nice lady at the front desk. Didn't catch her name but she got off at 11 and said she's been there 5 years....
