“How am I stay goes is dependent on who's working the front desk. They usually clean your room every 3 days if you're an extended stay. Now on the second time that I was supposed to have my room cleaned I called and canceled. So I thought okay they'll come the following day. They didn't they didn't even knock. So here's now Sunday the 12th of April and I had to go down to the front desk because they wouldn't answer the phone. Takes 2 seconds to pick up the phone and say I'll be right with you....

“A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.”

“The staff member who checked us in would not even attempt to answer our questions-she told us to use google. The property was clean, but very noisy, inside and outside - people in the parking lot were loud, inside noise (maybe a toilet from upstairs was loud, trains running all night. Breakfast was a joke.”
