"Glasson lakehouse hotel is a lovely place to stay. The decor is beautiful, the staff are excellent, particularly Patrick. He went above and beyond to welcome us. The food lets it down a little, not a lot of choice."

"I was expecting much better for what I paid. We had to wait more than 1 hour after we have ordered to receive our meal at the restaurant.
