Love the place, it was clean quiet and fun to be there, they helped me a lot, as I nad never been to a hotel, now I know about this lovely place I thing I will be going here on a regular basis, if I could give them 10 stars I would it was the best place ever ”

“The location is within walking distance to the town centre and the football ground.
The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms are clean but could do with the shower units being updating.
I would stay here again”

“Camera squallida, pulizia sembra ok, l'aria condizionata nn si spegne ( non c'é telecomando...il giorno dopo ho chiesto in reception, dietro richiesta l'hanno spenta loro da un pannellino centralizzato, ma quando sono entrato in camera era ancora accesa!!!), si muore di freddo, alle 5,30am ci si sveglia, nonostante i tendoni spessi il sole "invade la camera. rumorosissima(senza doppi vetri) sembra di stare per strada. pagati 111euro a notte senza colazione!!!”

“ After a very hot day in the city to come back to a clean room with air conditioning was wonderful, it helped towards a good nights sleep, bed comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking fields . Found the staff helpful and friendly. ”

“This B&B is a delight. I was greeted by the owner on my arrival and shown to the room. The annex was lovely and clean with great facilities. The setting is amazing and so peaceful. The breakfast choice was great and a plentiful cooked breakfast was offered with a selection of cereal, yogurt and fruit. This is now my go to accommodation for the area and have returned several times. First class……”

“Buoni prezzi, camere semplici ma sicuramente non brilla come ricchezza degli alloggi. Personale disponibile e cortese ma l'ubicazione comporta (dall'aeroporto London Luton) almeno 15 pound... non è dietro l'angolo.”

"personale gentile, hotel pulito, ma vecchio rovinato e bisognoso di manutenzione profonda. non stante la pulizia, che sembra adeguata, abbiamo trovato 4 ragni in camera. probabilmente a causa dell fatiscenza della struttura"

Biancheria e asciugamani pulite, comode e grandi. Purtroppo la struttura ha arredamneto molto datato e con la moquette, ma è comunque pulito in generale. La colazione modesta, purtroppo servita in un piccolo spazio in reception. Il prezzo modesto ti fa dimenticare di tutte le pecche per chi viaggia e si ferma una sola notte di passaggio."
"Hotel senza sistema di aria condizionata. Per quanto concerne la moquette dell'hotel credo di non averne visto in tutta la mia vita una tanto sporca. L'area colazioni era inguardabile. Il personale era sufficientemente gentile ma totalmente inattivo. "
"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt.
Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
