“Non tutto il personale e stato cordiale e gentile...alcuni meritano altri no....eravamo due persone in camera e il personale delle pulizie lasciava solo un asciugamano grande ed un piccolo.Per concludere l ultima sera non ci hanno lasciato la carta igienica”

“La stanza era grande e di comodo accesso al piano terra. Biancheria e asciugamani pulite, comode e grandi. Purtroppo la struttura ha arredamneto molto datato e con la moquette, ma è comunque pulito in generale. La colazione modesta, purtroppo servita in un piccolo spazio in reception. Il prezzo modesto ti fa dimenticare di tutte le pecche per chi viaggia e si ferma una sola notte di passaggio.”

“We had a delightful night away, all the staff were friendly and professional from arrival to departure. Great selection of drinks at the bar, good selection of food on the menu, clean and quirky bedroom and a quality breakfast. ”

“The room was suitable for our short stay, however with such lovely expanse of grounds it was therefore unfortunate that the view from our room was a 12foot high brick wall. Despite there being no air conditioning the room had a patio door which once open cooled the room. Upon request the hotel provided a fridge for my elderly mothers insulin, unfortunately the fridge was faulty and froze the insulin which caused a unplanned medical issue. “Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! “The cricketers itself was very nice pub food was okay but nothing special, breakfast was good. Our room (the best)was located in a converted bungalow over the road , on arrival i was handed rhe keys and told its over there!! “Be aware that the cleaning staff start working on the floor at 6:30 am — yes, you read that correctly, 6:30 in the morning. They wake you up with very noisy vacuum cleaners and other equipment. I asked the reception why they were making noise so early, and they replied that the cleaning service starts at that time… unbelievable.”
