The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There are lots of adventure activities to enjoy, which made our stay even more exciting and memorable. Everything was well-organized and comfortable.”

“This is one of the best properties I've stayed in India( Mussorie). The service was top-notch, and the staff was always available for housekeeping and any other needs. I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. The views are amazing as well. i recomend this place if you are looking for luxury staycation”

“All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. ”

“Very elegant well maintained hotel with excellent staff and an excellent general manager. We were troubled by cramped bathroom, lack of a power socket in the bathroom, a lack of any clothes storage. There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. ”

“My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good...
