“Good hotel room, everything worked”

“The room was very clean it had a slight smell but wasn’t too bad. I did have an air purifier running. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast with such a variety and if you gave a chance try to enjoy the indoor hot tub and pool. My only con was the entrance, it just got a bit tricky slowly down from the fast cars behind .”

“It was okay. I did have a crack on my door and my niece mentioned seeing a small roach in the bed. I didn’t see anything but did express my concern to front desk but idk if they cared. It was clean but had maybe a moldy smell. But specious and I slept good until traffic started. Breakfast was cold. Parking was good.”

“This has been 1 of the best hotels I've stayed in.....Breakfast was more than perfect. Room were great. The AC was awesome. Washer and dryer was good. The shower and the bathroom was perfect. The weight room was good but the ac wasn't working. I left the door open so i could get some cold air in. Other than that. 10/10. I would stay again if i am in the area.”

“That the restaurant was not open during the day for coffee. Some food was available in the refrigerator - very small selection! The coffee served in the room was pathetic - don't understand they can even call that coffee! Does not even compare to weak tea. If they are paying for that coffee and tea service it is a waste of money! The bar is closed in the evening!”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually...

“They’re currently going through a upgrade remodel. The first floor is completely done, which is where we stayed. It is a great economical hotel. That’s clean with a decent breakfast near the interstate shopping. Very quiet area definitely would stay again when visiting family.”

“The reason we chose that hotel was for the indoor pool. The kids couldn’t even get it because it was freezing. We asked the person at the counter to turn the air off in the pool room but he refused. The room was okay but the couch ans chair were filthy.”
