“The room wasn’t clean. We found a stick on nail in the shower. All of our shampoos were missing, but we had 2 bottles of half open body wash. Our hot water never got hot. The pool was ok. Location great. Beds great. Overall hotel was good for 1 night. Don’t make it an extended stay”

“Clean, updated property - lobby, pool and rooms were better than expected. Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location to Hershey Park. Highly recommend, especially if traveling with children.”

“Hotel smells of Fabuloso cleaner so much so it takes your breath away!!! Bathroom had hair everywhere and the gap under the entry door to the room is so big you can see and hear Everything!!!”

“Very comfortable and clean. The location was also convenient— short drive to City Island for great views and the best rated mini golf in the system. The breakfast however, was not great.”

“Check in was fine, but night staff were very abrupt and not accommodative. Not easy to get back to the highway if in a large vehicle or towing.”

“Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.”

“Room was pretty hot when arrived and couch bed was broken but king bed large enough for myself and 3 small children. Room was lacking some things and phone didn’t work but it was an overnight stay so I wasn’t counting against them.”
