“I think the biggest issue is that they need more staff. There was one person doing breakfast and bless her heart she was running back and forth like crazy but had a very hard time keeping up. Our sink was super cracked! Like not just a little crack but like 5 major splits in it. I was almost afraid to use it. And the water never ever got hot. It was warm but not hot.
