“Stay was okay”

“Desk clerk was very friendly and easy to talk with. She checked in with me on 2nd day of stay to make sure everything was okay and also asked if I needed anything, and if I did just ask.”

“I was given a handicapped room/ smoking. I don’t smoke and anything else was Extremely extra in cost. Towels were past good usage. Room was clean but smelled of smoke, I had no alternatives.”

“One of the nicest "interstate exit" hotels I've ever been in. Buetifully refurbished. Friendly staf & good breakfast.”

“Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning.”

“The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. ”

“3 Star Hotel, I see why they charge so so much. They’re gonna need the extra cash to fix the property damage inside the Rooms. Needs a lot of work definitely thankful for a quick nightly stay. Floors were cracked shower head was wobbly Bathroom door could barely open and close from the floor damage. The bed was comfortable and the pillows but one thing ima tell you now is bring your own blanket because whatever blankets they have feel like sandpaper!!! I personally wouldn’t stay here again...

“Mold in coffee pot, no decaf coffee, expensive, no drinking water, tv don’t work, no internet. TERRIBLE”

“I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.”

“The air conditioner was great but could not get the tv to work. We were both afraid of the door to join the rooms.”
