“We really love this property- we live just north of Gold Coast and regularly go away for a quick break loved Avani Will definitely go back the beach hotel is great too for a nice lunch or dinner all the staff at both places were very professional especially the young lady on reception sorry can’t remember name thank you for an enjoyable stay ”

“The apartment is spacious and clean. I will give it all 5 stars except for the fact that during our 3 day stay, the pump in the heated swimming pool is out of order. The manager has told us that if the pool cannot be fixed, they may arrange the guests to swim in the adjacent Sofitel hotel. Unfortunately, we have to leave after the 3 days' stay and would be grate if the arrangement can be made as soon as the pool matter is unsolved.”

“Overall we had a great time. My husband cut his finger pretty bad on a broken tile in one of the pools. Borderline needed a hospital visit and stitches. Staff really could have handled the situation better. Concern could have been more and the tiles were not fixed. If a child cut their finger the way he did then could have been a lot worse for a tiny finger. Property was clean. Could have been more complimentary dishwasher powder and toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 7 nights isn’t...

“Good cheap stop in between medical appointments for the week. Lots of construction which can get loud very early but being further in the corner wasn’t as loud like the cars/bikes screaming up the road. Some very strict rules to follow but its easy if your only staying mostly at nights. A negative is the bright lights that light up outside the top rooms which i feel is for safety but leaving our room fully lit up and harder to sleep which was needed after surgery. “Great spot, gorgeous views! This is a great size for a family of 4, with all amenities, including an ensuite for the master bedroom. The only downside is that it could have been little cleaner. The floors in the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Also, we tried to do a vacuum of the floor when we were packing up and the vacuum didn't work very well. Otherwise, it was lovely! Would stay again!”
