“Hotel is slightly outdated, bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat. Room was a very large and spacious corner suite. Breakfast was not included so we paid $14/pp to eat sub-par hotel breakfast and the staff at breakfast was rude. There is a Wendy’s and Taco Bell within 5 min walking distance. Elevator is jumpy, so I opted to walk up and down six flights during my stay. Check out was fast and simple. Oh and on night one we had a friendly spider show up in our room…. “Hotel was nice. Room was very noisy. Located near the fire exit and every time someone closed the door our entire door shook. Room across the hall had dogs that started barking at 6am and barked throughout the day.”

“The rooms were decent size and beds comfortable. The breakfast was terrible and not very many options. The housekeeping was lacking - didn't take / replace towels or empty shower gels/shampoos. Room keys kept disabling not letting us in the bldg or our room. The pool was small and freezing cold - couldn't use. The outside patio furniture was broken and filthy. It was an awful experience and would not recommend or ever stay here again. It was a very expensive and disappointing...

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”
