“Staff was very kind and no complaints with the room but could really use some cleaning in elevator and pool area, worked great for a couple be night stay”

“EZ in and out off I-81. Hershey Attractions, Penn National Race Course and HollywoodCasino close by. Fabio’s Restaurant close by is very good and Sheetz 5 minutes away.”

“Even after repeated requests, staff refused to address internet connection to the provider. My laptop worked everywhere else in Harrisburg except at this Best Western. Ys, there was a 9-hour power outage because of a storm (no backup generator) but even after power resumed staff ignored requests to address lack of internet access.”

“The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Hair inside the bath tub. Blood stains on bedding. Tried to check out early but was given a hard time because we used a third party app to book our stay. Took hours of our time and a manager to not be charged for the entire stay initially booked. I have never had a problem checking out early at any other hotel before. Breakfast was scary. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“I stayed there a week. My only complaint is a massive one. The cleaning staff did not enter my room once to change out my garbage can bins, or change out my towels. I shouldn't have to contact the front desk for new towels or change out my trash bins. Mind boggling. It is obvious they are cutting corners in paying thr cleaning staff or they need to learn, this isn't India. It is the United States of America.”

“Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.”

“Breakfast was sorry.Staff pic n choose who can take food to rooms..Dont like the non refundable policy..Because of the storm had no lights booked motel and stayed one night and man told me if I didnt stay i still will be billed .No consideration my electric was off for one day..Other patrons had no manners Was on first floor smelled cigarette smoke and barking dogs all nite.”

“Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...
