“A minor mistake made while booking turned my experience into a complete nightmare. Because of my dyslexia I booked Friday night instead of Saturday night (made the booking the night before, on Thursday). I got an email on Friday asking me how my stay was going, and I realised a mistake had been made. I then spent three hours (!) on the phone trying to resolve the situation, going round the houses. “Had a really nice night’s stay with a 3 course meal each at the hotel’s restaurant and we got an upgrade to a balcony room for £15. Friendly staff and lovely luxury hotel with luxury amenities in the room too. Only improvement could be better air conditioning as the room was still quite hot even with fan unit and ceiling fan”

“We only stayed for one night. My overall impression is a comfortable and mostly well kept facility. The staff on the reception desk were brilliant on arrival. They were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. This extended to the staff the following morning at breakfast. From being greeted at the entrance, placing a special order for vegetarian meal, to seeking assistance. There was always someone available and ready to help.
