Hotel a Coleman

“Upon entering the hotel I smelled a bad odor. It also smelled in the elevator and also the room. The beds seemed clean. The carpets very dirty in the hallways. Ice machine on my floor out of order. Not many snacks in snack machines. Not much for breakfast.”

“Very clean and quiet. On-site laundry was stupidly expensive, as to be expected. We did not utilize any other amenities, but they looked nice enough. ”

“I will start by saying the front desk person from my check-in day was quite nice and helpful. I wanted to change my check-out date but could not because I had booked through Expedia. However, they allowed me to check-in early as a way to help balance my loss of money for the last night. Additionally, I will say there was a sign qualifying the Wingate had recently been purchased and was under going a remodel. I wish I had been made aware prior to booking. “Bar was limited to certain liquors and also the most recent drinks that are new. Male bartender was grouchy at times especially with a large group at the bar.”

“First room was extremely noisy due to surrounding road traffic. Staff was very accommodating, moving us to the back of the building where it was much quieter.”

“Lot's of cockroaches. My husband killed 6 in the bathroom.The room was clean, the tv worked, and they even had the Western Channel.”

“Everything was good but the room was not clean. Looked like that had not vacuumed on the side of the bed near window! Chips on ground near headboard of the bed and dirt next to the movable chair. ”
