I called the property manager to be told there was nothing they Coyne do. I should have washed a few days before making another reservation. In which case i would not have been eligible for a refund at all. Dont book with them. ”

Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, but they did not make up the beds when they visited our room for one time during our trip (although they did refresh towels and empty the garbage, which was much appreciated.)
