Hotel a Colon

“Pet friendly but our room smelled like wet dog. Bathroom not that clean. For three hours kids jumped off of beds and ran around screaming above us in the middle of the night. I asked the woman at the desk to ask them to quiet down after about an hour. She told me I had to call and ask them from my room, gave me their room number, or told me I had to go up and nicely knock on the door and ask them myself. Breakfast buffet was low on everything and we never really did eat. Not too many...

“The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!”

“Staff looked just as dirty as the room. They were so rude. Room was disgustingly inhabitable. Katie the receptionist was so unprofessional. Cockroaches all over, nothing was wiped down, blood and human feces on the walls and floor. Expedia should take this off as an option. Pictures are deceiving for this advertisement. Expedia should not partner with them.”

“We hated that our bed sat on a metal box frame that made an atrocious clanging sound if either my or I turned over. Our room felt sterile, and lacked the furniture we’re used to seeing at other hotels. Our bathroom door didn’t shut and our toilet had no back it. The breakfast room is small and the staff doesn’t keep it stocked. We had to leave the property and get food elsewhere because everything was out. Overall, our room and stay felt unwelcoming. We won’t be booking with this hotel when stay...
