“Apart from the gym being very basic, I was happy with everything else, especially how they treat pets. ”

“Clean spacious well equipped room. Comfortable bed, good size kitchen facilities. At the price point , breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Little front desk treats were a nice touch. Only improvement were number of towels were less than number of guests. Location is straightforward and easy of getting to Sawgrass etc but if looking for somewhere in the hub of sunrise, this is a little off the hub. ”

“The hotel room was horrible it was cleaned we found open soap in the bathroom. We found hair on the shower walls. There was pet hair on the sofa and we found an empty bottle under one of the beds. The over night staff member was completely rude. The only thing that saved that rating was the evening shift receptionist was absolutely amazing. When we went to check out the receptionist had a blanket draped around her and just appeared unprofessional. I would not book here again. ”

“For the price that they charge, they should at least offer free coffee. There is a Starbucks downstairs, but not too much options. We also had dirty sheets in our bed. Overall, nice area, the staff is nice. Just wish the breakfast option was better.”

“The rooms can use some tender love and care. I was only there for one day so I didn’t ask to switch rooms but the room could’ve been a little bit cleaner. I had Hair in the tub in the bathroom. The walls has stain on it that could’ve been wiped off and the couch had a nasty smell to it”

“Decent hotel for a short stay. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy and the decor in the lobby is very nice. When it came to the room the bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room however, I felt kind of crammed in the shower. The balcony has a nice view but it’s a very small balcony and there’s no privacy with the other balcony’s next to you. Also, daily house keeping is on request for an additional charge. All in all, I would stay again but only for a short stay.”

“Dinner staff were amazing, when I was checking in one of the front desks (the man) was swearing loudly to be heard through the lobby. The lady was kind. Room was kinda oddly smelling, didn’t realize until we got there there was parking fee. ”

“This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service ”
