“Host was responsive to messages. I had an issue with the lock box that was brought to their attention and wasn't fixed. Although my stay was very short, so maybe there wasnt enough time to fix the battery issue. This is a basement apartment so you can hear the host family as mentioned in the listing. However at times it was LOUD, light fixtures and mirror on the wall would shake. Maybe they don't realize how much the sound travels. “The location is great. We were close to many attractions in the area and also walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Our suite was very comfortable and cozy. We loved the private balcony and all the special amenities. The owners were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.”
