Welcome to our spacious five-bedroom house in Monument, CO! With 2.5 bathrooms, we accommodate up to 12 guests. Nestled in a serene location, our home offers comfort and convenience. Enjoy well-appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and ample living space. Ideal for families or groups exploring Monument's beauty.

The Space:
Welcome to our inviting and spacious Airbnb! Our home features five comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own television for added convenience and entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and bedside lamps for added comfort. The second and third bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, each with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during warmer months. Additionally, our fourth bedroom features another king-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom provides a cozy queen-sized option. For relaxation and entertainment, our living room offers ample seating and a 60" Smart TV. Enjoy cooking meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware essentials, and gather with loved ones in the dining area. Outside, our patio area features a BBQ grill and outdoor seating for al fresco dining. Other amenities include central AC, a full bathroom with towels and toiletries provided, in-unit washer and dryer, and parking space for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. We're excited to welcome you to our home for an unforgettable stay!

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

For outdoor adventures, explore the nearby hiking and biking trails in the Pike National Forest or spend a day fishing or boating on Monument Lake. History buffs can delve into the region's rich heritage at the Western Museum of Mining & Industry or explore the historic town of Manitou Springs. Additionally, our neighborhood boasts a variety of dining options, ranging from cozy cafes to upscale restaurants, as well as boutique shops and galleries for leisurely strolls and shopping excursions. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures, cultural experiences, or simply a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, our neighborhood offers something for everyone to enjoy during your stay.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.


This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

PROS:*We reserved property day before check-in. Sent us info immediately. Upon check in around 9pm, code to enter didn't work. Property Mgr answered call & gave code to get in. *Next morning noticed propane tanks were empty. Upon calling, had someone switch out propane tanks within a couple hours. *Property was very nice. Spacious. Lots of room. Decorated very nice, relaxing. 3 large sofas. Nice big table to gather/eat. *Monument is great location and neighborhood is amazing. CONS:*Became apparent right away there was a plumbing issue. Could only run one water source at a time. So if in the shower, couldn't run dishwasher or another shower or even kitchen sink without water in shower completely turning off. *Running any water, even flushing toilet or running water in kitchen sink, made loud noises in basement. Loud enough anyone who is sleeping dwnstrs, can not sleep. So if someone wakes upstairs & wants to brush teeth and flush potty, loud noises in basement wake everyone. *On Mon, Memorial Day, cleaning people were outside 9:45am. We were packing car and there was zero grace with a little extra time. So when they say 10 am check out, they mean 9:45am and they mean get out. The property was really nice. Management did a great job fixing any issues. Lots of bedrooms. I would totally rent again if it wasn't for plumbing and aggressive cleaners.
