“Essential… it’s ok”

“Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

“Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. “Our stay was short, meet our needs and off we went to another stop.”

“Everything’s fine you get what you pay for but for some reason every time you try to take a shower before you fly out at 2:30 in the morning there is no hot water. You tell the front desk and they don’t seem to care.”
