“Breakfast was great , no major issues with the first part of this stay. Did however run into a major roadblock when I had to extend the stay for my partner whose identity and card was stolen while I was out of town, the inconsistency across shift changes seem to be a major issue, including calling him out of his room at 11 o'clock on Christmas Eve. Telling him that he had to leave because there was no incidental card on file. This is this alone should be Cos 4A major review of policies. I spent...

“Abbiamo trascorso qui una notte, camera spaziosa e pulita, con moquette a terra. Due letti Queen comodi e con lenzuola morbidissime. Bagno piccino, ma pulito. Lavandino in stanza, non in bagno. Colazione buona: uova strapazzate, pancetta, patate, pancake, succhi di frutta, caffè. Di dolce solo cornflakes e pancake (però erano buoni). Negativo: insonorizzazione della stanza: non sentivo parlare, ma sentivo tutti quelli che camminavano nell'hotel. Ogni passo uno scricchiolio.”

“Ci siamo fermati a Grand Junction perché abbiamo preso il California zephyr da Denver. Viaggio in treno in mezzo alle montagne rocciose. Da qui proseguiamo in auto. Ho prenotato l’auto presso l’aeroporto L’hotel ci ha trasportato gratuitamente con una navetta all’aeroporto. Molto gentili. L’autista John veramente gentile e simpatico ”

“Le scale che portano al secondo piani non credo siano mai state pulite . Devo però dire che la stanza era pulita. Colazione basic classica per un motel . Ok per il prezzo se siete di passaggio . Ho anche usato lavatrice ed asciugatrice che costano 1,50 dollari a ciclo.”

“The gentleman at the front deck went far and above making sure we had a great stay. The wonderful lady who runs the breakfast worked very hard keeping foods stocked and fresh as well as constantly wiping surfaces clean. Seeing such a dedicated staff was very refreshing. We'll be back. ”
