“A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”
