There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes. She could have put the people on hold helped us and the person behind us then went back to the issue. The staff did not check the dining room in the morning to clean tables and to make sure items for breakfast were stocked, they sat at the reservations desk on...

“Always a great stay I have stayed here several times it is simple but the beds are comfortable the staff is nice the rooms are clean the location is convenient and it provides everything I need for a quick night stay at a good price”

“The area is very nice, the hotel was very clean and good breakfast Buffett. There are plenty if places to eat if needed. I only have 1 issue and that was there was no handle in the shower to hang on to when you wash your feet/ legs. They do have a handle outside the shower but there should be one inside also. But all in all it’s a great place!”

My two less than perfect comments are about the TV signal (on the channel we watched) was regularly lagging, so that the signal/picture had to catch up to the broadcast. “The bathroom needed serious cleaning in toilet area. Water level in tank was high before use and the toilet plugged upon first usage. They came and fixed it promptly but left rags for us to clean up the water. There was no dresser. The A/C unit was functional but was extremely noisy all night and all day. Would have been nice to have coffee in our room to drink when ever. The refrigerator/ freezer needed cleaning. Part of the wall was unpainted. We needed a trash can for the bathroom, a toilet...
