“Room was spotless, the front desk clerk Dorothy was a prime example of “Excellent “ guest relations provider. My son had left his IPods in the room and Dorothy called me on my cell phone to make me aware, fortunately I was still in area and went back to retrieve them. I was able to thank Dorothy personally and express my appreciation for the honesty of the cleaning staff and her taking the time to contact me. “I would have given my room a five because everything was very nice except for the two chairs at the dining table. They were badly shredded it up. It would’ve been better just to have plastic chairs in here. But everything else was really nice and comfortable and clean and stylish and new.”
