“Good service ”

“Just here for one night. Room was huge at 1,100 sf. Very comfortable. Snow was bad and it was a Monday so the property was quiet, people were friendly, shops were great. Ice rink was active. Our room was clean and in good shape considering properties where there is a lot of outdoor activities including skiing, tend to get worn a little more than a regular hotel. You could see that this was a ski resort that was well maintained. ”

“I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. They said they would call me if they were able to get another room made up/cleaned before my reservation check in. I was...

“The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. ”
