“Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”

“There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible.”

“This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. “The rooms could have been cleaners with better bed sheets. The toilets also were not clean, stains and dirt around the toilet seats. Staff were excellent ”
