“Arrived at the hotel for an interview and had the best experience! I called in to potentially check in earlier and the manager was very helpful and was able to check me in 90 minutes earlier. Arrived to a clean and spacious room with nice amenities. Highly recommend spending your stay there! The shop downstairs in the lobby is very useful! ”

“The / lady’s that helped me were very professional n very helpful . But the man that helped was very unprofessional and kind of disrespectful. Very poor customer service skills not a bad guy just very poor customer service skills so I highly recommend some training maybe from the ladies because the two ladies were very, very nice and very professional. hope this doesn’t offend anybody thank you.”
