“The rooms looked totally barren. Bed was ok but not great. I ran the shower water for 10 minutes and it went from ice cold luke warm. They wanted a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. I’ve never seen that ever. It was refunded on check out. Location is next to a shut down sports bar”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“Overall, I thought it was a really well ran hotel. The front staff were great. The room and hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was decent (only complaint would be lack of knowledge regarding allergies in hot foods such as: do the sausages have wheat?). With that said, one of the kitchen staff members was awesome trying to find answers for us, unfortunately, all of the food packaging was thrown away so they had no ingredients lists. The heating/cooling combined with a ceiling fan made it easy...

“Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “This Fairfield Inn & Suites is ok. The shower takes a long time to deliver hot water, the breakfast is average, 1 of the 2 elevator was out of service, bathroom wall had paint and plaster marks on the wall. The bed was nice.”

“I didn’t get a chance to experience the bar or the breakfast, but my stay overall was very comfortable. The beds were clean smelled very clean. I wish they had included breakfast in day rate instead of charging an extra $18 for it. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel overall, it is an excellent hotel.”

“DISGUSTING PLACE, staff dismissive and lies saying they’ll call you back and don’t Found bloody tissues gauze and alcohol wipes and spoon between the bed and headboard accidentally put my hand down there and now there saying they can’t prove thats the room I stayed in because when I went to the front to complain there was no one there so gross I’m disgusted”

“Checked in and lobby was under construction. Drywall dust was EVERYWHERE. This situation was NOT DISCLOSED when I booked. Continental breakfast cancelled due to construction which was also NOT DISCLOSED. I expect compensation for this terrible stay.”
