“We were there for a relative's memorial that afternoon, so had to book Friday night, even though we weren't staying then. One front desk person (May 2 am) wasn't friendly, but was efficient. The other desk person (May 2 pm) was super friendly and helpful. However, it would have been better for the Hotel to have a list of taxi services, instead of solely relying on Uber. It all worked out okay, though.”

“Once you get to this location you automatically get a sense of feeling that you are not safe. Once we were given our room keys the hall way right off the elevator smelled like cat urine and the carpet was full of stains. Not to mention the room was HORRIBLE! The side leather chair was extremely peeled off and the room has stains everywhere’s. Not to mention the restroom which the door has water damage and cracked walls. “The lady who checked me in was absolutely amazing! The room was okay. Shower head pressure was terrible, and the toilet had a crack water kept coming out through out my stay. Rooms need to be updated and repairs need to be done immediately. No Apple Pay was pretty inconvenient.”
