“All was perfect ”

“Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!”

“The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“Great location to attend Enterprise Event Center. Incredible art deco architecture and decor in grand lobby. Valet parking made it very easy to enjoy our stay while attending our show just a short 10 minute walk away. Double bed room with courtyard view was a hit with my young niece”

“The space was very clean, cozy and quiet. There was plenty of room to be comfortable to both rest and have time to get work done or relax in the living room area. The location was very convenient for everything we were visiting St Louis for! (We could walk to both the Fabulous Fox Theatre and Foundry - about 15 min each, and it was a very short trip to the Enterprise Center)”

“Decent for a night or two, but overall just okay. The walls are very thin, and quiet hours didn’t seem to be enforced. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM. We were originally told mobile check-in with a credit card was an option, but that never seemed to work properly. On top of that, the $150 incidental hold felt excessive for a budget hotel. Housekeeping was minimal, and we had to...

“Upon check in I didn’t realize it was a gated parking lot, so I had to pay an extra $30 for 1 day of parking. They also charge a $50 deposit at check in as well. I already spent almost 200 a night to stay for one night so an extra $80 I wasn’t happy about. The beds also weren’t as comfy as they could have been but, other than that it was good! They had a really good selection for breakfast.”

“野球観戦には最高のロケーションでした。 直ぐでゲートも見えてゲートに並ぶタイミングを決めるのにも良かったです。 部屋は綺麗で使うには問題無いですが、バスタブが無くて、翌日変更出来そうと言われたけど、連絡無くて残念だった。 早く着いたらチェックイン時間までは、かなり待たされて掃除の関係かと思っていますが、3泊したので空いていればもう少し早く荷物等入れれば良かったかもと思います。”
