“Ottima struttura ma al momento del check-in mi è stato addebitato un importo maggiore rispetto al quello della prenotazione con Hotelcom. Lo staff della reception non è stato in grado di spiegare la problematica né a risolverla. Ho inviato un reclamo alla struttura tramite Hotelcom”

“We liked everything about the Hotel except the elevator was not working Being my wife uses a cane and has significant mobility issues this created a real problem for us They tried their best by upgrading our room and not charging for parking but I rather have had them notify me ahead of time We loved the room and the amenities all very modern and no detail left undone The staff were excellent and the location is outstanding with a variety of good restaurants and fun things to do”

“Very dated hotel. Carpets need replacement and hallway walls need new painting. Plus there is no way to lock bathroom door. Would not recommend.”

“I liked how they kept everything clean. The personal that were taking care of the rooms, came in every day, to make the beds, empty garbage, change the towels. The beds were comfortable too. *The refrigerators froze everything, that were in the rooms.* They supplied coffee and all the fixes for your own coffee, and teas. The slide that was in the pool was great too. I had my grandson stay with me, and there was always clean, dry towels ready for there use. No life guard on duty so if you had...

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
