“No hot water for my morning shower. Very low water pressure. Everything else was fine.”

“The junior suite was dark and dreary it needs some updating that includes the bathroom. The pictured suite online is bright and spacious not like the actual room 432.”

“Hotel was great. Location is excellent! Overall, very clean and truly gracious hospitality team. The one negative was the noise from the street was really loud. I recommend you check that when booking. I was so exhausted, I didn’t think to ask after my flight was cancelled. The bed was comfortable and I still slept hard despite the noise.”

“The space was clean but you had to stand over the toilet to shut the bathroom door and there was no bathroom fan and the door itself looked like it had been chewed on by animals. Also the housekeeping kept knocking on the door, there was no do not disturb sign to hang, it was very annoying. ”

“Outstanding hotel! Super nice staff, wonderful sleek design and lots of amenities (gym 24/7, water and coffee machines, mini fridge, restaurant and bar). Such a pleasant stay, we couldn't wish for anything better! We are travelling with a toddler and they had a nice place in the back to offload a car and you can then either do valet ($30) or do street parking (free 7pm-9am). Also walking distance to so many bars and restaurants!”

“Could not sleep at all due to extremely noisy ac which could not be adjusted or turned off. It blasted cold air thru the room. Small room. Staff could not offer any remedy. Recommend against staying for all customers. Plenty of hotels in the same price range offer superior accommodations”

“Room/building was clean and modern. Parking wasn't sufficient for a full hotel. Breakfast was fine - fairly typical hotel buffet. Bad experience checking in. Due to short cleaning staff and some issues with a large number of guests leaving at the same time, rooms weren't ready at 3pm checking. The lobby and restaurant was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready. Other than that, all was good. Within walking distance to Colonial Arena.”

“Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great.”

“While the hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice, the walk to the parking garage was overflowing with trash and sadly many unhoused people.”
