“Below Expectations for a Six-Night Family Stay Review: I would not recommend this hotel. I recently stayed at **SpringHill Suites by Marriott Voorhees Mt. “A really nice and spacious hotel. Everything was clean and up to date. Water pressure sucked but that may have only been my room specifically. The staff was welcoming if not a bit obsessive with the question of where I was traveling with a dog, which I was not. They asked 3 different times. No clue there.... Parking is free, shopping and restaurants were abundant.”

“Only one of two elevators were functional, very inconvenient! All of the ice machines were inoperative and look to have been for quite some time. The pool was a gross greenish color. Very large potholes in the parking lot. Breakfast was not free like it used to be at ANY other hotel I’ve stayed at. Water pressure was terrible. Pillows were horribly soft.”

“While the main lobby appears to be well maintained and upbeat, I can not say the same about the room. Linen smelled of old cologne. Black water initially came out faucets until we ran all of the faucets. Shower Water was very cool. Some cosmetic damages were very apparent. Room was not properly cleaned as I'm allergic to cats and dogs and it was signs of pets being in the room which triggered my allergies. It one thing if the price was lower but rate was $400 / night (including taxes and fees)....

“We ended up not staying here because when we checked into our room it was so awful. Dirty and not maintained. We got a room with a kitchen and it had only one knife and no other silverware. The furniture had been destroyed by a cat or some animal. It smelled terrible. It may have been a drug house. Did not feel safe around the clientele see the pictures. “Everything was alright I just didn’t appreciate the front desk service. I booked a two bed room and when I checked in they didn’t clarify that the room I was getting was actually one bed. When I saw the room I went to front desk to ask for a solution but they didn’t offer any help. Front desk just need better training on how to deal with problems .”
