I complained that I was charged almost $40 to launder a shirt, which I believe is outrageous. I often stay in luxury hotels and I was never charged that kind of money. The complaint was received by an arrogant lady in her 50s or 60s, who after blaming it on the dry cleaner, proposed with much disdain and sarcasm to "pay the difference out of her pocket." After warning her that I would leave a negative review, she scribbled my phone number on a post it already full of other scribbles, and assured I would be called upon the arrival of the supervisor the same day. I've never received a call. I'm a business owner, and paid for 3 rooms for 5 nights, spending close to $4,000 this week. It's obvisouly not about the $40 of a laundered shirt, but the abuse of being charged so much, blaming the dry cleaner for it, and finally get treated that way. I'm shocked as much as I am disapointed.
