“I specifically booked a hotel with pool and hot tub as I need this amenity as I continue recovering from knee injury. I arrived to find the pool drained and facilities closed. The front desk basically shrugged. They did let me switch to a room across the hall when the first was in a dark corner. They also didn’t discuss parking fee and charged me for 3 days when I was only there for two. I’m not usually one to complain but this was disappointing experience.”

“This is the worst “hotel” we have ever booked. The property was NOT a hotel at all. Maximum could call as Motel! There was No front desk, in stead, it just has a little closed, steer protected space to let people check in. Before our family moved in, I saw a guy angrily came out that little space with complain that he couldn’t check in due to time passed even he paid full. “The parking lot has huge potholes that are difficult to avoid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The property is old. The carpets and furniture need to be replaced It’s as clean as it can be considering how worn out everything is. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable”
